Kids and Fitness
teaches your child the fundamentals of
fitness through exploration of the 5 health
related fitness components—cardio, strength,
endurance, flexibility and body composition.
They’ll gain a positive attitude toward
exercise and explore fun and new fitness
activities. We also take body fat percentage
and BMI. We cover nutrition, food
proportions, and making good food choices.
